Peoria visit 2008

So those who know me well know that I love all things photography. Except a broken camera. Not wanting to resort back to film and refusing to settle for less than I want I am currently dependent on others for their photos- which curtails this blog! :(

Anyway, here are some highlights of our recent Peoria trip courtesy of my dad... Who had nothing else to do since Patrick, Rebecca and Aniela stole his chair!

We had a blast with all our cousins, playing and getting to know each other better... Rebecca's favorite thing about the trip was that there are actually kids in Illinois- she though it was a grown-up only state... Below: brunch at Granny's with a CAT tractor filled with M&Ms...

Tea parties, dance parties, chair high-jacking parties and Grandma Mullen's 90th birthday. What a party! My Grandma Mullen is such an inspiration- she has always maintained that her mental age is 35 but now that she is 90 she is telling everyone... Below... here is she is pictured with her great-grandchildren! So stay tuned... I am considering a non-for-profit to raise funds for my new camera...
